Dr. Albrecht Gotze, the noted German Semitic scholar who was ousted from his chair at the University of Marburg for his lack of sympathy with the Nazi government, has been appointed visiting professor of Assyriology and Babylonian literature at Yale University. Dr. Gotze, it is understood here, is not an exile from Germany.
