Dr. Arieh L. Lubovi, Israel Ambassador to Argentina, gave a reception last night in honor of Israel’s ninth Independence Day. Among the guests were Dr. Alfonso de Laferrere, Argentina’s Foreign Minister, Dr. Angel Cabral, Communications Minister, Dr. Francisco Martinez, Health Minister, and Dr, Nahum Goldmann, president of the Jewish Agency, as well as the ambassadors of a number of other states.
