Dr. Harry Elmer Barnes, in an address before the local Y. M. and Y. W. H A., declared that according to present indications Fascism is inevitable.
If the New Deal and President Roosevelt’s policies are not supported Fascism will come within five years, Dr. Barnes said, but added that its sway will be of short duration. The speaker was introduced by Dr. Walter Hullihen of the University of Delaware.
