Dr. Chain, Jewish Nobel Prize Winner, Honored by Turin University

Dr. Boris Ernst Chain, Nobel Prime winner and director of the Health Institute of Rome, was today awarded an honorary degree by the University of Turin. In making the presentation, Prof. Mario Allara, Dean of the University, declared that the Jewish scientist had left an “indelible” record in the field of chemotherapy.
