Dr. Eli Ginzberg Named U.S. Representative at Conference on Non-repatriate Dp’s

Dr. Eli Ginzberg of Columbia University has been appointed by President Truman as the United States representative at the forthcoming five-power conference on non-rapatriable victims of German action, the State Department announced today. The conference will convince in Paris about the end of May. Details of a plan to resettle non-repatriable refugees will be worked out by representatives of the United States, United Kingdom, France, Czechoslovakia, and Yugoslavia.
