Dr. Abraham Flexner, of the Rockefeller Foundation, has been appointed chairman of the League of Nations Commission investigating the welfare of women and infants throughout the world.
The work of the commission is understood to have been made possible by a $75,000 grant from the American Bureau of Social Hygiene established by John D. Rockefeller, Jr.
