Dr. Georg Halperin, managing director of the Jewish Colonial Trust, is leaving tomorrow for the United States.
Dr. Halperin is the Treasurer of the Zionist Organization, and chief advisor on financial matters. He is coming in response to a cabled request from Dr. Weizmann. It is understood that his advice is required in the matter of a financial institution for Palestine which is being considered by a number of prominent American Jews, among them Mr. Louis Marshall, Hon. Oscar Straus, and others.
