There is a good possibility that the long delayed implementation regulations to the German Federal Indemnification Law will be issued in the near future, Dr. Nahum Goldmann, president of the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany, told the Jewish Telegraphic Agency today prior to his departure for Paris.
Dr. Goldmann conferred at a luncheon here with Chancellor Konrad Adenauer and two top West German diplomats over the problem of the implementation regulations and other issues concerning individual restitution claims and the Israel-German reparations agreement. The two German diplomats were Prof. Walter Hallstein, Secretary of State in the Foreign Office, and Ambassador Herbert Blankenhorn, political director of the Foreign Office.
