Dr. Isador Lubin, prominent economist and economic consultant to the Jewish Agency for Israel, Inc., has been appointed United States delegate to the United Nations conference on the Application of Science and Technology for the Benefit of Less Developed Areas to be held in Geneva next month.
Dr. Lubin, who also serves as economic consultant to the Twentieth Century Fund, will leave for Israel tomorrow for consultations in connection with the Jewish Agency budget for the coming year and will proceed from there to Geneva for the opening of the UN conference on February 4.
