Dr. Iser Ginsberg, Jewish physician and writer, died here last night at the age of 75 after a long illness.
Dr. Ginsberg, who was a native of Russia, came to this country at the age of 21 and received his medical training at Cornell University. He was a member of the staff of the Jewish Daily Forward, a contributor to the magazine Zukunft, and the author of several books on religion, philosophy and Jewish history.
