Dr. Bernard Kahn, European representative of the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee, left for Moscow today to meet Felix M. Warburg.
Mr. Warburg, accompanied by Dr. Kahn and Dr. Joseph A. Rosen, will visit the colonies, from where they will proceed to Berlin to hold a conference on the situation of the Jewish colonists in Russia.
