Dr. Lazaro Rubinson has resigned as president of the Argentine Zionist Organization because of what he said was a “total lack of cooperation from the other Jewish and Zionist entities in Argentina.” Rubinson had been omitted from the 16-member Argentine delegation to the World Jewish Congress Plenary Assembly. In his capacity as president of the Argentine Zionist Organization, he was also secretary general of the Council of Zionist Organizations in Latin America.
