Dr. Lee K. Frankel to Make Health Survey for Motion Picture Industry

A general survey of health conditions in the motion picture industry in lower California, with the view of securing the health, physical well-being and medical care of the many thousands of employees of the film producers, is to be under taken by Dr. Lee K. Frankel, second Vice-President of the Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, at the request of Will H. Hays, President of the Motion Picture Producers and Distributors of America, Inc.

At the request of Post Master General Hays, Dr. Frankel surveyed the United States Post Office, inaugurating widespread reforms and improving health conditions in post office buildings throughout the United States.
