Dr. Louis Oungre, managing director of the Jewish Colonization Association, who resided in New York for four years directing the activities of the J.C.A. in Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Palestine, Turkey and other countries, left today for Europe.
Dr. Oungre will confer in London with Leonard Montefiere, president of the Jewish Colonization Association, and with the general council of the organization, concerning the activities of the J.C.A. with regard to aid for the Jews in various European countries.
