Dr. Maurice Eisendrath was elected president of the Union of American Hebrew Congregations at a meeting of the organization’s executive board, following completion of the U.A.H.C. ‘s 75th anniversary convention here. James Aronson, vice-president of the New York Central Railroad, was named chairman of the board.
