Dr. Max Neisser, Noted Bacteriologist, Dies in Germany

Dr. Max Neisser, famous bacteriologist, died today in Frankfort at the age of 69. Dr. Neisser’s principal contribution to serology, “the doctrine of immunity,” found employment in fighting disease, particularly tuberculosis.
