Dr. Max Salomon, son of General Edward S. Salomon, who was governor of Washington territory before its admittance into the Union, died here after a year’s illness. He was 70 years of age.
For 30 years he was a member of the staff of the old German Hospital now the Franklin Hospital. He had practiced medicine here for 50 years and was widely known.
Besides his widow, Mrs. Mina Salomon, he is survived by two sons, Dr. Edward Salomon, and Max, who is superintendent of the London studio of Warner Brothers. A daughter, Irma, also survives.
