Dr. Meyer Feldberg, 29, who earned his Masters Degree in business administration at Columbia University in New York, has been appointed professor of business administration at Cape Town University Graduate School of Business. He is the youngest professor on the faculty. Dr. Feldberg is the son of Leon Feldberg, founder and former editor of the South African Jewish Times. South African Naval headquarters at Simonstown announced the appointment of Lt. Commander Raymond Epstein as commanding officer of the Port Elizabeth Naval Base. Col. Alf. Edelstein, district criminal investigation officer for Cape Town, has been promoted to rank of Brigadier, thus becoming the highest ranking Jewish officer in the South African police force.
