Dr. Leo Motzkin, who resigned as Chairman of the World Jewish Relief Conference, has been requested in a resolution adopted at the last session of the meeting of this body to return to his office. Dr. Motzkin, who resigned as a protest against the demand made on behalf of ICA for a majority control of the refugee relief work in Poland, was absent from the last session. Dr. Tiomkin is Acting Chairman.
