Dr. Emanuel Neumann will assume the chairmanship of the Jewish Agency executive in New York on April 1, according to an agreement which provides that the post alternate yearly between Dr. Neumann and Mrs. Rose Halprin, it was announced here today at the Agency’s plenary meeting.
Moshe Sharett, chairman of the Agency executive in Jerusalem, welcomed the newly coopted Herut member of the executive, Dr. Joseph Schechtman, who will join the New York executive.
