Senator Jacob Isaac Niemerower, chief rabbi of Rumania, was elected honorary president of the Rumanian Zionist Organization today at its convention.
Making his first appearance since he was wounded in an attempted assassination January 11, Dr. Niemerower was acclaimed by the delegates. Samuel Singer was elected president of the organization.
