Dr. M. Polak, former member of the High Court of Justice at the Hague, died yesterday at the age of 72. A famous lawyer, publisher and Jewish social worker, Dr. Polak was the bearer of high royal orders. He was an authority on Dutch commercial bankruptcy laws, about which he published several text books used in Dutch universities, and was active in Jewish communal work.
