Dr. I.I. Rabi, the noted American Jewish physicist who won the Nobel Prize in 1944, was today named the winner of the 1964 Priestley Memorial Award, The award, which consists of $1, 000 and a portrait medallion of the 18th century British scientist after whom it was named, will be presented to Dr. Rabi at ceremonies at Dickinson College on Thursday. Dr. Rabi is a professor of physics at Columbia University.
