Dr. Abraham Rivkind, a leading Zionist and deputy director of El Al-Israel National Airlines, died here this morning after a brief illness. He was 53. Born in Lodz, Poland, Dr. Rivkind participated in all Zionist congresses since 1929. He was a senior official of Keren Hayesod until he was appointed in 1948 to establish the Israeli airline.
