Dr. Joseph Rosen, European director of the Agro-Joint, has returned to the United States after a prolonged inspection tour of colonization work in Soviet Russia.
Dr. Rosen also spent some time in the European headquarters of the Joint Distribution Committee in Paris before proceeding to the United States.
