Dr. Sigmund Freud, noted psychoanalyst, celebrated his seventieth birthday today.
The famous scientist received many messages of congratulations from all parts of the world.
Dr. Albert Einstein, author of the relativity theory, and Dr. Chaim Weizmann, chemist and president of the World Zionist Organization, congratulated Dr. Freud on behalf of the governors of the Hebrew University. “Congratulations to our colleague and pioncer in a new science, discoverer of new regions of human understanding,” Einstein and Weizmann telegraphed.
Among the congratulations was a message from the Executive of the World Zionist Organization wishing Dr. Freud “continuation of the successful work for the benefit of humanity and to the honor of the Jewish name.”
