Dr. Simon Tannenbaum, 64, former medical director for Hadassah in Palestine and active in organizing a hospital there, died yesterday after two years’ illness. He was medical director of Sydenham Hospital here at the time of his death and before that superintendent of the Jewish Hospital in Philadelphia.
