Dr. Victor Brailovsky, a leading Jewish activist in the Soviet Union, was arrested in Moscow Thursday, according to the Student Struggle for Soviet Jewry and the Union of Councils for Soviet Jewry. The 45-year-old cyberneticist is editor of the Jewish Samizdat journal, “Jews in the USSR” and organizer of the unofficial weekly seminar for Jewish refusnik scientists.
