Advices reaching here today from the Hague report the death of Dr. Lodewyk E. Visser, president of the Hague Jewish Community and former chairmen of the Palestine Foundation Fund of Holland. He was 71 years old. Dr. Visser was the president of the High Council of the Netherlands until the German occupation of Holland. He was born in Amersfoot and was one of the most prominent jurists in Europe.
