Dr. Chaim Weizmann, president of the Jewish Agency, will submit a memorandum to the Bermuda Conference through the British Embassy in Washington, it was learned here today. The memorandum deals with the possibilities which Palestine offers for the absorption of Jewish refugees from Nazi-Europe.
