Dr. Miriam Savitzki, sister of the late President Dr. Chaim Weizmann, and her husband, arrived, here today from the Soviet Union to settle in Israel. She received Moscow’s permission to emigrate to Israel as a result of representations made to the Soviet authorities by Mrs. Weizmann when she visited the Soviet Union in 1954.
