Dr. George Wise, president of Tel Aviv University, completed four days of meetings here today with governmental and university officials during a goodwill tour of Latin America. He offered five scholarships at the university for Chilean students during discussions with Secretary of Education Maximo Pachecho and officials of the University of Chile on exchanges of professors and students. Dr. Wise departed for a visit to Buenos Aires and will also visit Brazil.
