Founder’s Day at the Dropsie College will be celebrated this year on Monday, March 10. It is expected that the degree of Doctor of Philosophy will be conferred upon three candidates. Addresses will be delivered by Doctor Solomon Solis Cohen and by the President of the College, Doctor Cyrus Adler.
At a meeting of the Board of Governors held last week, Judge Horace Stern tendered his resignation as treasurer, and D. Hays Solis Cohen presented his resignation as vice-president. Judge Stern was thereupon elected vice-president and Mr. Cohen treasurer, both the elections to date from May 1, 1924.
