The drowning of the young son of the Jugo-Slavian Consul General in Berlin, Barkhausen, when he was left unguarded for a little while, a few days ago, has provided the anti-Semitic “Deutsches Tageblatt” with an opportunity to charge “ritual murder.” The paper urges the authorities to investigate the boys death. The democratic press is very indignant at the silly accusation.
