David Dubinsky, president of the International Ladies Garment Worker Union who is now visiting Israel as head of a delegation of the American Federation of Later today addressed more than 2,000 delegates representing workers’ committee in the Haifa district.
Mr. Dabinsky who also visited many border settlements pledged to secure political and mo###help for Israel in the U. S. and said that the American labor movement would aid in this effort. He was officially welcomed by Haifa’s Mayor Abba Khousi and Joseph Almoggi Histadr### secretary for the Haifa district. Earlier Mr. Dubinsky and other delegation members were tendered a luncheon by Prime Minister Moshe Sharett in Jerusalem.
