The State Department made known today that Secretary of State John Foster Dulles has accepted an invitation to speak before a triennial meeting of B’nai B’rith in Washington on May 8. Mr. Dulles’ appearance before the Jewish fraternal order is subject to further confirmation, however, in view of the troubled world picture.
