Secretary Dag Hammarskjold will confer tomorrow in New York with Secretary of State John Foster Dulles. It is understood that the conference, being held at the request of Mr. Dulles, will concern the two major Middle East problems–the Suez Canal situation and the Arab-Israel conflict.
(In Washington, State Department press spokesman Joseph Reap said that the Arab-Israel conflict would be the major topic of conversations, but he did not rule out the Suez crisis as one of the issues likely to be discussed.)
Today, Mr. Hammarskjold conferred separately with Mordecai Kidron, deputy chairman of the Israel delegation here, and Dr. Omar Loutfi, Egyptian delegate.
