While Secretary Dulles was holding his press conference, it was reported here from Baghdad that Jordan Army chief Ali Abu Nawar arrived there today to discuss coordination of military operations against Israel with the Iraqi High Command. He was accompanied by three staff officers. Another report said that the Emir Salman iben Hamad al Khalifah, ruler of Bahrein, a British protectorate rich in oil, had ordered a complete boycott on trade between his country and Israel.
