World-wide campaigns for the Jewish Agency for Israel will show a 50 percent increase in 1969 over the money raised in 1968, Leon Dulzin, treasurer of the Jewish Agency, forecast today on his arrival here. He came from Canada where he attended meetings of the executive committee of the Canadian United Israel Appeal, Mr. Dulzin will leave for Miami on Thursday where he will be a principal speaker at the first Pan-American Conference of the General Zionists. While in New York, Mr. Dulzin is conferring with leaders of the United Jewish Appeal and the various Zionist organizations. Following his stay in Miami, Mr. Dulzin will spend 16 days in South America as the speaker at major fund raising events for the Israel emergency campaign in Venezuela, Peru and Chile.
