A new, well-organized program for dumping goods in foreign countries at prices less than the cost of production has been completed by the German Cabinet and will be put into operation soon, the Jewish Telegraphic Agency learned here today from a reliable source.
The program consists of a variety of measures devised to cope with the dangerous situation which has arisen as a result of the decline in exports, which is attributed to the boycott of German goods abroad.
One of the measures contemplated will be the introduction of a special tax on all goods sold within Germany. The income from this tax will serve as a fund to subsidize the export of German goods abroad at prices far below the cost of manufacture.
The export of German goods during the month of February has shown a further substantial decline, it was learned here today. The export figures for February will be made public this week.
