Israeli shipping companies have concluded an agreement with the Dutch Shipbuilding Association for the construction of 12 vessels ranging from 3,000 to 5,000 tons, it was reported here today. According to the agreement, three of the ships will be built in Haifa with the remaining nine to be built in Holland.
