E. Popper, one of the directors of the Zim Navigation Company, has been elected to the six-man presidium of the Atlantic Conference, biggest international shipping organization for passenger traffic. In accordance with the organization’s system of rotating chairmanships, Mr. Popper will assume the Conference chairmanship in 1963.
