E.U. meetings with Yasser Arafat are impeding reforms in the Palestinian Authority, Defense Minister Benjamin Ben-Eliezer said Sunday. During a meeting with the E.U. foreign policy chief, Javier Solana, Ben-Eliezer also urged Europe to consider sanctions against the Palestinians if they fail to take tangible action to fight terrorism.
