E.U. ambassadors to Minsk are expected to make the trip to Grodno on Wednesday, a day before the European Union is scheduled to make a statement in Vienna condemning Belarus for allowing the mass desecration of the 300-year-old cemetery, which is being excavated to allow the expansion of a soccer stadium.
