Safed, the scene of one of the brutal massacres during the recent Arab outbreak, was visited by an earthquake tremor Sunday evening at seven thirty. The Jewish colonies, Rosh Pinah and Machnayim, where an Arab attack was made, also felt the tremor. Ayelet Hashachar, which is close to the Machnayim colony, did not feel the shock.
