Persecution of the Jews in Eastern Germany is reaching a feverish pitch with the Nazis in that section aping the anti-Semitic actions of Franconia, where Julius Streicher is overlord, a special correspondent of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency who toured the section reported today.
The correspondent ascertained that the Jews are completely isolated, systematically boycotted and even forced to liquidate their businesses. Poverty is widespread among them and so many are already dependant on charity that the Jewish organizations dispensing relief are unable to cope with the situation.
FINDS CONDITIONS BAD
