Israel Ambassador Abba Eban arrived from the United States here today to report to the Cabinet on the latest sentiments in Washington with regard to the Arab-Israel problem. He will also report to the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Israel Parliament.
In an interview, Mr. Eban said that his recent discussions with United States Secretary of State John Foster Dulles, prior to his departure from Washington, revolved primarily around the question of Israel’s security in the light of the military arrangements now being made by the Western Powers with some of the Arab states neighboring Israel. He refused to disclose any details about his talks with Secretary Dulles.
