Israel delegate Abba Eban, accompanied by members of his delegation, conferred today with Dag Hammarskjold, United Nations Secretary General, and his aides. The talks covered problems connected with the withdrawal of Israeli troops from Sinai territory and the movement of United Nations Emergency Force units into the evacuated areas.
Maj. Gen, E.L.M. Burns, commander of the United Nations Emergency Force, will confer tomorrow with Maj. Gen. Moshe Dayan, Chief of Staff of the Israel Army, on technical details connected with the UNEF take-over of Sinai territory being evacuated by Israeli troops. Their discussion, it is understood, will deal with timetables, communications and similar problems, but will not touch upon political matters.
