Abba Eban, Israel’s Deputy Prime Minister, left for a good will mission to Mexico, Venezuela and Colombia this weekend, at the invitation of the governments of those countries. Prior to his departure, he conferred with Prime Minister Levi Eshkol, who, Mr. Eban said, had agreed that the greatest importance must be attached to further fostering of friendly relations between Israel and Latin American countries. En route, Mr. Eban will also visit London and New York.
