Israel Ambassador Abba Eban today signed formal documents covering a $15,000,000 loan recently extended to Israel by the U.S. Development Loan Fund. Dempster McIntosh, manager of the loan fund, participated in a brief ceremony in the offices of the International Cooperation Administration.
